When I was in high school, i was in a program called Upward Bound. Upward Bound targets at-risk, low income/first generation students to encourage them to go to college after high school.

Part of the program was the summer institute where we as high school students spent 9 weeks on college campus in the dorms, going to classes like college students. Can u imagine 100 horny 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th graders at an HBCU campus? We had high school girls skipping class to go watch college football summer practice.
