SIXTH SENSE = A+ (CLASSIC)
UNBREAKABLE = A
SIGNS = B

M. Knight gets a lot of hate from a certain section of audiences. But the man's movies are a success. People can't hate on his catalog as of late but what you can't hate on is his 1st three films. M. Knight knocked it out the damn park with his 1st 3 films. "Sixth Sense" was an instant Classic and one of the greatest suspense thrillers of all time. "Unbreakable" reinvented the "Dark" comic book and took it even further than Tim Burton and "Blade" took it. Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Trilogy" definitely took a page from "Unbreakable". "Signs" also worked as a great suspense thriller. Yes the ending had some issues but it wa still a good movie.

These 3 films had the industry calling him the next Spielberg and Hitchcock. It's crazy but honestly these 3 films are why even when he disappoints me. I still give M. Knight a chance. I know a brilliant filmmaker is in there. You can get all 3 films in the M. Knight Shyamalan's Collection. All 3 films aged great. As for the rest of his catalog. "Lady in the Water" was a mess. "The Happening" Had some good themes about global warming. "The Village" was great all the way up to the shock ending. "The Last Airbender" just wasn't faithful fully to the Source Material. And I did like "After Earth" even though it did have flaws.

If you have a US/Canadian Blu ray player, you can only play Region 1/A blu rays...Region 2/B is Europe and Region 3/C is Asia...a Region 1/A player won't play those

However, I have a region Free blu ray player, which you can get on ebay from $150-$400 depending on the quality you want; it will play all regions of films..since I buy a shytload of blu rays from places like South Korea, China, and Germany, I can play them all on my region free player
