There will always be inequalities no matter the power structure, that doesnt absolve anybody from being labeled accordingly as per their sentiments or actions.

Prejudice is having an automatic opinion on someone because they are a certain skin color i.e thinking a candidate for a job is incompetent because they are black but you may not necessarily dislike blacks in general . Racism is a much realer complex with different categories within it, the one you described is institutional/systematic. There's also another type where you want to distance yourself entirely from a certain race and even want them dead
