Since the cacs want to use the dictionary definition 
of "racism" let ask them who PRACTICED RACISM? And.. the 'definition' is so far out of context and reality it's laughable. Hundreds of years of whites acting like animals=some black people thinking they are superior. Sure it fits that bullshyt definition, but it's reactionary. Using that definition is like "out of context" but on a super saiyin level.

People like to pick and choose when they want to abide by Websters, shyt is all semantics to me. Of course black folks can be racist as per the actual definition. Like somebody would watch the clip of that Reginald Denny beating and be like "That's not racism, that's prejudice"...who gives a fukk, it was wrong and it happened because of the color of somebodies skin.
Not really, its not about today, everything is about the history, religion is a perfect example of that...its an idea, a gospel, intended into your mind. The first times I met my black, white and asian friends growing up I didnt have this erge of hatred for them, or any other type of dislike because of skin color. And nothing could change that, but if I were white and never met another color an fed this neo nazi bullshyt through a straw that we are the master race and can conquer anyone which was already pre-written, then theres nothing that can change that persons views. It wasnt because he felt this way as a kid for another race, its because of what that specific cult or culture propagated him to do.
No human is immune to being propagated, the germans were led by a guy who wasnt even fukking german. If you truly know the facts then there shouldn't be a war on race atleast for the blacks, there should have already been a redemption with the blacks on the specific blood lines of the slave trade owners lineage I see that atleast a better understanding. But I dont give a fukk at this point, maybe if I was a bit younger I would be looking for reasoning, but at this point, only can do what I know...be cool or be schooled.

Its ironic you're accusing me of deflection when you're the one bringing up white racism and how they use dictionaries in a discussion about whether or not blacks can be racist.when cacs want to deflect they say "well the dictionary definition says..." and it's for either when they say they're not racist or when black people are being "racist".

That's the most vaguest curving of a definition. It becomes something you have to "prove". Cacs don't (publicly) admit to being racist or believing they're superior. And through that, suddenly they're not racist, because "that's the definition in the dictionary
The question was, can blacks be racist. I provided the definition because in order to use a word to describe something, its important to know what the word means. Not a deflection. I would ask you to look up deflection in the dictionary but that's for cacs.
And to be honest, I only provided one definition of the word. The word has many definitions and blacks CAN apply to all of them. Why? Because black folks are not an inferior entity incapable of having power or looking down on others. Black folks like to rest on the 'institutional' definition because that's how we choose to define power for argument's sake. But all power isn't institutional, there's also cultural power and blacks are probably the gatekeepers of the richest, most admired, most imitated culture on the planet. We can talk about whether or not we HAVE used that power to look down on and discriminate against nonblacks but to say we CAN'T is dishonest.
Yes blacks can be racist. We can talk about whether its right, wrong, justified or unjustified later. I personally don't give a shyt. But I respect my people too much to say we CAN'T do anything. We might not be as bad as the devils but we can and have done it all. fukk the victim mentality.

can anyone on here give me examples of blacks creating highways to run through white communities, blacks in masses burning down white communities while the system allows them to? Can anyone give me examples of blacks killing unarmed white people and receiving 6-7 figures in donations, plus making them look innocent all while the media makes the unarmed white person look like a savage. I can go for more examples, but can anyone provide these examples for me
