Black people are 13% of the population and live primarily in metropolitan areas and the southeast. There's a good chance they're not around black people, or very rarely.
Also, Tariq RT'd alot of these racist tweets onto his TL. People from all nationalities were saying the N-word in different languages. One good thing about all this happening, is that whenever some idiot tries to debate whether or not racism is still alive and kicking, just refer back to this moment.
