There are some actual part black children in the Philliphines due to African American soldiers or other interference (so which is which is not always clear from simple photos), but in general the Negrito DNA profiles are different to black's. They have different haplogroups, frequencies, etc, same as other non-black groups. This means they're no more black than dark-skinned Indians or Australian Aborigines -- or whites or other Asians. They aren't even the dominant tribe in the Phillipines.

They aren't, bruh. Their genes are available for viewing. Haplogroup isn't bullshyt merely because you disagree. The longer people are away from Africa, the less related they are to Africans.

Geneticists have found DNA also linking the negritos to east africa from AGES ago.
