Rvd got himself over in a way we have not seen in a long time.

A large segment of male viewers want to see athletes who can do shzt they can't do. Rvd epitomized a style of wrestling that was imaginative and athletic. He even made the sport look competitive.

A shame they wasted so much time to give him the belt(s).

In fact, thsi is a major problem with the current WWE talent roster. WWE wrestlers lack the kind of athleticism you see in the NBA and the NFL.

I agree RVD should have gotten the belt much earlier than they he did but when they finally let in and gave him the run as the man he dropped the ball himself.

And don't compare RVD to the GOAT. While RVD was having a hard time while driving a straight line while stoned, HBGOAT was driving around cross country, coked up, smashing Sunny, and putting on 5 star classics every city he went.
