This is not a shot at Shawn Michaels, but I have also heard Vince did it too, and not just from people on this site that call him coke boy lol.

oh, ok. I was about to say that it's been well documented that Michaels was using drugs all the way back to his Midnight Rockers days with Jannetty . They actually had reputation for their drinking and drug use when they first got signed by WWE, but it seemed like it was at an all time high in 97'-98', there's just no other way to explain some of his antics in promos during those times
