I use to eat eggs just scrambled or hard boiled but I just got put on to sunny side eggs with runny yolk. :ohlawd:

The key is to hard boil them or air fry them at a temp that'll get the whites thick so you can peel the shell of then when you slice into it the warm gooey yolk runs out

My theory is, if your healthy and active, u can eat whatever in moderation. I mean an egg isnt gonna kill someone who is in great shape. Our bodies, as complex as they are, are also very unique and adaptive. Its the reason why u can see fat out of shape people live well into their 80s. Your body adapts to everything u do.

I haven't eaten eggs in damn near 2 years since I watched a documentary about how bad they are.

If eggs are bad, its not because of the cholesterol. :heh:

Your cholesterol elevates because something about your metabolism isn't allowing it to convert to pregnenolone and subsequent downstream hormones. Has nothing to do with the amount you're eating.

Elevated cholesterol used to be a diagnostic sign for hypothyroidism.

Sun (or simply UVB) exposure and Vit. D status also regulate cholesterol levels.

Humans have gotten to the point where they're out thinking themselves.
Eggs aint out here being the sole reason for someone having high cholesterol or killing folk :heh:

Cut down on meat in general but Eggs are great.

Keep them in your diet but red meat cut down on, same with Chicken IMO. Fish, Eggs and just good greens you'll be straight.

Oatmeal 5 days out of the week which is on the days I go to the gym. The other 2 days I have cereal with almond milk. Been eating rice chex lately.
:flabbynsick: ass breakfast...add some protein to that, have cereal on some plain yogurt or throw a scoop of protein powder in your oatmeal.


i got four egg whites chopped up in my oatmeal right now, fiber + protein :win:
