Keep the fats within your daily allotment but stop being afraid of yolks.

As a man you need cholesterol to aid with testosterone

this...im about to go in the company cafeteria in about a half hour and have the cooks make me a spinach and onion omelet using 4 eggs :smugdraper:

From what I read, the dietary cholesterol found in eggs does NOT raise your LDL (bad)cholesterol in your body.

But, I don't think there is anything conclusive.

Eggs are GOAT tho, I eat about 4 a day. Considering you can get a dozen for 69 cent on a good day, and they are all natural, Ill take my chances.

I never heard of no one dying from eating eggs, specifically. :yeshrug:

Your serum(Blood) cholesterol is in no way effected by your dietary cholesterol. The cholesterol-saturated fat causing heart disease hypothesis has never been actually proven and Ancel Key, distorted the data and caused this cholesterol/saturated fat phobia.

Enjoy your eggs bruv, excellent source of cholesterol, saturated fat and protein. Eggs is truly a complete food,

I've been eating 4-6 eggs a day minimum for the past 4-5 years, healthier than ever before,

Right now you're healthy. A person can smoke 4-6 cigarettes a day and be healthy right now.

Egg consumption and the risk of cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality: Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study and meta-analyses. - PubMed - NCBI

RESULTS: During 275,343 person-years follow-up (average 9.8 years), we found 2685 all-cause and 873 CVD deaths. We found no significant difference in all-cause mortality between higher (7+ eggs/week) and low consumption (< 1 egg/week) [adjusted hazard ratio (HR) 1.08, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.93-1.24], and mortality from CVD (0.99, 95% CI 0.76-1.27), ischemic heart disease (IHD) (0.92, 95% CI 0.63-1.36), or stroke (0.88, 95% CI 0.57-1.35).

There is a possibility that egg consumption associated with caridiac disease in people with type 2 diabetes.
