We been off that cow milk poison. Almond milk is ok, but I prefer vanilla rice milk. Tastes great with healthy cereal

I’m allergic to coconut milk, so I can’t fukk with it. People say that it’s good though.
Cashew milk is actually fire though. I get the cashew milk ice cream pints and ice cream bars. Shyt actually takes better than regular ice cream to me.

I love almond milk.
I saw some Almondy egg nogg the other day though hell, why not. shyt was soooooooo trash...I mean egg nogg is obviously, not good for you lol, but that's why it tastes so good.

I've actually never had almond milk so I can't compare it to normal almond milk. To me it's great though. Taste like what I'd imagine almond milk to taste like. I like it a lot better than 1% or skim milk which was a game changer for me.

It's more calories than almond milk tho. More than twice as much per cup.
ONLY THING I USE FOR CEREAL
10 grams of protein 4 grams of carbs (2 being fiber). Whatever lab this was created in is making cheat codes to gains.
I only drink it with protein because it's straight trash with cereal
