I have all 7 of the musical score soundtracks of Lost on my PC in lossless .flac format, that shyt is feature film quality. Michael Giacchino, the dude who did the Score for Lost should strictly be doing feature films, he's too good for Television.

Agreed breh. He's fantastic.

^ "Parting Words"; music to the raft launching scene....:to: :sadbron:

When it kicks in at 4:15....brilliant.

The only thing that they fukked up about Lost was never explaining the black cloud thing

they woulda done better just hiring some CGI experts and making it a dinosuar

The black smoke monster *was* explained.

It's just magic, unfortunate as that is.

Edit : My favorite theory (Before we found out what it actually was) was that it was Cerberus. The three headed demon dog. I remember niccas were eating heavily offa the Blast Door Map having "CV" (Cerberus Vents) on it. And of course, there was nanotech. Gathered souls. I remember one really fun theory that thought it was a giant octopus type creature, because octopuses secrete a black liquid in the ocean to scare off prey....

They detonated the nuke at the end of the time travel season and it somehow, defying all logic, launched them into the present..most bullshyt moment in the entire series. Even worse then "the light" or "the purgatory". :scusthov:

It was a good ride while it lasted I guess :yeshrug:

hold the fukk up. dude just said he aint seen it yet. yall need to put them specifics in Spoilers.

As far as if you should watch it, yes definitely, it really is one of the best tv shows that was made in the last few years. but watch it with your girl or someone who aint seen it. its the type of show that you will want to talk about while it is happening.

and it is much more satisfying watching it on dvd than on tv. the seasons go up and down but even in the later seasons there are parts that will still pull you in. and the ending aint that bad, its actually quite fitting and really was a great send off for the show, its just that some of the explainations for things that happened were a little "convenient". but the writers actually did a good job in going back and linking things that happened early with things that happened later.

The series finale made me cry

Maybe I'm just sensitive tho

:manny:

The reuniting of characters and those little memory flashes of their times together was the only good thing about the finale.

The small things, like when Jin and Sun see Sawyer as a cop and the look on their faces was well done.

The rest of the finale, not so much.

I have a theory with Lost that if you watched it on DVD/Blu-ray or streamed it on Netflix after the series ended (like I did), you don't have as big a problem with the show as the people who watched it while it was on.

I just recently watched Lost for the 1st time ever this past April-June. It's now 1 of my favorite TV shows EVER! I initially only planned to stream the show, but by season 3 I realized I gotta own the complete series Blu-ray set.
you may be right. I watched it after it was all said and done. I didn't know anything about it until last year and I watched it on hulu or sumn but I still had the "what the hell is this" face on for the last two seasons, and the season finale made me feel like I wasted time on it in a way. I can admit I probably wasn't as mad as those who had to wait for this week after week.

Guys, this topic is about the SERIES FINALE. Spoilers are not necessary, the show is old, and people are entering and reading at their own risk.
