Just go back and watch game 1 of the 2001 NBA finals and you'll see how great iverson really was....you don't even need to watch the rest of the season, just watch that game & considering they were the only team to beat the Lakers in the playoffs that year, it says a lot. Iverson had a great year.


I feel like Shaq would be the best at a lot of list for many years but he had the tendency to just take regular seasons off.

I can show you a game where Carter dropped 50 in the playoffs and say he is the best. One game means nothing.

Iverson was an inefficient chucker. Who had trouble shooting above 40% and his defense was beyond horrible. Iverson was fun to watch, my third favorite player back then, but he was never the best or even remotely close to being the best.

Kobe, Tmac, KG, Duncan and Shaq were easily the 5 best players back then.

dude game was damn near flawless last yr. wasnt shyt he couldnt do. improved from the perimeter and was still as explosive as he was as a rookie and his 2nd yr.
