Caught a sale on ribeyes for $11 a pound and loaded up, prices are only going to go up. If you have a deep freezer fill it up now.

I cut them in half and vacuum seal them. Buy a bunch of non perishable food that you like eating anyway.
:russ: seen this same sale

Lol "inflation", yet they have "record profits"...these so called prices aren't adding up....

Its a massive transfer in wealth, but everyone on here blame the working class for this mess :amh:

Coli filled with economist boot strappers and wealthy worshipers of tainted capitalism.

But yeah, by the beginning of Summer, its gonna be Mad Max status. You gonna see broads selling their p*ssy for gas money and food for the grill.

2006 to 2007 all over again

and if youre a millennial...you know what comes next :francis:

Summer 2008 :sadcam:

That was legit a time period where I was walking 5 plus miles on my day off, to get basic needs. Taxi fare was sky high.

Only thing I've noticed that went up in price is fast food and gas. I made adjustments by eating turkey & cheese and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches for lunch instead. That saved a lot of money on the food tip.

Trying to get a motorcycle for 15k

Telling me how he deserves it because he is a hard worker

Who tf in they right mind with that kind of credit think they qualify for anything let alone an unsecured loan

By the answers in this thread they say he’s not irresponsible and we set him up to fail and live above his means

That's understandable like a few have said I feel for those that are at the bottom but you also should be paying off debt as much as you can to keep that bear off your back. Delayed gratification sucks but it's worth it for situations like this. But I know it's frown upon in this consumerism heavy economy to pay stuff off they need us trapped in that cycle of debt. It's how the system actually keeps chugging along.:francis:

the thing about it is most aren’t doing lavish shyt, and dude if you got 40 plus in loans it’s going to be hard to save and pay that off and live

if your check is 1500 and that’s if you are lucky
300 loans
1200 rent
200 on car insurance
You do the math, it’s not about gratification, but in the same breath i ain’t struggle to sit in my house and eat ramen noodles and beans every night with just a netflix account

I get what you're saying. But unless that 40k loan is student debt you've over leveraged yourself especially making $1500 a check. Also you have to be young or have an expensive car for your insurance to be that high. I pay $89 but it's a 2014 dart that's been paid off for years.

I have sympathy for people working hard and trying to make it and being themselves. I have no sympathy for people living above their means to portray an image of affluence when they not really there :manny:

But you haven't had to make any payments on student loans for almost 2 years. And even if you did interest has been 0% these last few years too. I'm all about enjoying yourself when you can but you could also set yourself up to flourish in the long run if most people played their cards right. You could have tackled all personal debt to focus solely on student loans when it restarted. If you got any unemployment or stimulus checks you could have stacked that as well. I don't know your whole situation so not much to go by but there are avenues if you play it out. It looks like they're about to extend that student repayment startup again so now is to time to put pen to paper
