Yup, any nation with the access to fast food and junk food that exist in America while not leading an active lifestyle would have the same health issues. Has nothing to do with cultural cuisine but the haters can't help themselves.

Right. People are also acting like Soul Food has to be unhealthy. You can bake chicken, saute greens, steam vegetables. Replace vegetable oil with olive or coconut oil. It really isn't that hard.

But can we also address the complexity of soul food. Most of the dishes can be made 100 different ways and still be amazing.
