That's actually easier at this point. There are 8 Black GMs in the league right now. Problem is they're able to control the power they have over the team more than the coach. The coach is the leader of the team on the field, but off the field, a GM has the owner and team president he has to answer to. That's the issue in Atlanta right now, where it seems like Terry Fontenot has little power in the organization in the grand scheme of things, effectively making him a bit of a figurehead.

The cynic in me is starting to believe that the influx of Black GMs was a point of emphasis to try to get the "diversity police" off their backs regarding the lack of Black HCs. But either way, there has been more progress in the front office than on the field.

That's interesting - I was not aware. In the NBA, the # of Black GM's and team presidents is rising, but it trailed the increase in Black coaches. I didn't know the NFL had done it the other way around. Still a positive even if, like you point out, they don't have as much power.

CJ might be the black Brady. People forget how love was looking in college. Had a bad senior year but he was doing all that off platform, rocket throws. His ceiling was sky high. Packers did right by him

I remember his comp was Mahommes. I thought he would end up being some guy who wasnt that good,who only got drafted due to Mahommes mania. But those throws he was making,hes looking alot like Aaron Rodgers back there. If he doesnt completely go into shambles in the playoffs like Rodgers,it might be a wrap for the league.
