The atmosphere moves with the earth so it doesn't really affect flight like that. The atmosphere like us is moving at a constant with earth.
We also are on earth and moving at the same constant speed. When two things are moving at the same constant speed you don't feel the motion.
Throw a tennis ball in a moving train or car and notice it doesn't suddenly fly to the back. It will drop straight down. That's because the ball, you and the car are all at the same velocity, the same constant. It's the same newtonian physics that explain why you don't feel earths rotation.
Its because the earth is moving at a unchanging speed speed breh..
