Hamil did more to define that character than anyone else on that list. BTAS is arguably one of the greatest animated series of all time and did a lot to define the Batman canon going forward. It's influences are still felt.

Before 2008 he was basically the best Joker by a long shot. So many classic Joker stories in B:TAS.

And for those knocking Mark Hamill because he was just a voice actor, just know that Hammill's voice is the defining voice for the Joker. Nobody sounded better talking as the Joker than Mark Hamill. If you dubbed Hamill's voice and mannerisms over Ledger's Joker, you'd have an untouchable God tier joker
