Not a gimmick buddy. Hes a fine over guy on the roster, but is very unlikely to be the next D Bry or AJ like some hyped him as.

He cant talk and 90% of his matches are kicks, to start. He's over but not THAT special. You can blame it on booking to an extent, but theres only so much interestinh you can do with a guy who cant talk and isnt physically imposing.

Ok, so what kind of artist? Is he secretly DrX? Is he an interpretive dancer? Did he design the clothes he's wearing? He's also a rock star apparently, but I think he signed with Cash Money and doesn't have a release date yet.

The gimmick is actually unique and fine. You don't need to go that in-depth with your wrestling gimmick. He is basically a silent but lethal character that has the mannerisms of MJ. It's goofy but it works. For contrast. Austins gimmick is a redneck that drinks beer. Simple and not in-depth but works. Do you know why it works? Because he was a good talker/actor, and the storylines were good during his era.

Today. The storylines are not good, Nakamura can't talk, literally. He is pretty much forced to live through his wrestling ability, and if you know him before he came to America, he is very inconsistent in that area.
