It's still easily Vince Carter, but Frobe was an underrated dunker.. his top 10 dunks are right up there

Kobe's career is so long that a lot of people only remember Kobe wearing number 24 and shooting fadeaways.

The truth is Kobe 8 with the fro had hops for days.

Kobe was that dude with the in game dunks but he's not seeing Vince. It's Vince Jordan Nique Kemp Blake Dr. J Gerald Green as the best for me then maybe Kobe can slide in there somewhere after them.

If you ain't got Kobe in your top 5 At Least, you musta forgot. Just check some of the dunks he has in this vid, nobody in the league today is doing shyt like that. The Dunks right around 1:55, 360 off the Pass on the break hitting the fro on the backboard :whoo:

The Windmill that was almost straight vertical :whoo:

all i ask from people who keep saying he's not to tell me anybody that had better in-game dunks that haven't been replicated(posted in thread). ANd they couldn't :manny: Can you? I'm well aware that Vince Carter is recognized as such through nostalgia as a result of that dunk contest.

They've already been posted, but see below since you're requiring redundancy.

For you to say, and I paraphrase, "essentially there is no diputing this", is being narrow minded, especially when you haven't provided proof to back your claims. So all you have just typed doesn't back up anything you said. Like I said earlier, if you think Vince is the GOAT in game dunker then you will gets no argument from me, but your not going to tell me that it's indisputable like YOUR opinion is the truth. Read the posts in here and tell me if its indisputable, there's all kinds of opinions up here.

Here are 5 of Kobe's best in-game dunks (not a consensus top 5, but they're in his archive - I'm well aware of others including the reverse at the Garden & the one over Nash):

Here are 5 of Vince's (not including his double pump reverse alley pop, windmill off the backboard - for the last clip, it's #4, I couldn't find the individual video):

Vince supersedes him in leaping ability, explosiveness, power, body control against defenders, and how he manipulates the ball in the air. Kobe did demonstrate more uniqueness with his 270 behind the back & his alley-oop on the other side of the rim, but Vince has had better 'oops.

Keep in mind none of this is to diminish Kobe's ability - I have him at #3 all time. But compare any of his windmills to Vince's windmills and the Vince's form is untouchable, in addition to everything above.

The whole point of debating is to learn more about other perspectives - I replied to everything you said, and you in turn simply skimmed through it & paraphrased. If you choose not to read beyond what you want to, then there's not much more I can say :manny:
