the story of what happened to the thunder is exactly what happened to the bulls last season.

when you are young, you are young. a lot of youth showed with them dudes in this series. they couldnt close out games. coaching has something to do with that but coaches cant teach poise. thats just something only doing it for 9 seasons like bron and wade have will teach you.

thunder will have they time

bulls will have theirs.

Arguably the 2 best players in the NBA facing off.
Arguably the 2 most athletic squads going at it.
2 evenly matched teams.
Great match-ups everywhere etc...

And this shyt ends in 5 games :what:

:why:

Scott Brooks ruined this shyt, he got his :youngsabo: and trolled millions with how he managed this series. Thabo can't get burn over Derek Fisher?
:scusthov:

They have 2 of the best perimeter players on the planet, and you're not going to play your best perimeter defender in the clutch? Derek Fisher though?

On top of his weird and dumb/retarded rotations, his team had so many mental lapses that it's clear that he wasn't communicating key shyt to them in those moments. Isn't that a coach's main goal? Putting your team in the best position to win, and ensuring that they know the details of situations?

Had epic series all over it, but ended in 5 games :smh:

:pacspit: @ the Heats

Even though this thread is reactionary:duck:

I am surprised that Collison didn't get more burn w/ perk being terrible. But Harden didn't show up this series. Can't coach with that.

They should get rid of him now before it's too late. OKC's offense was non-existent. It's basically Westbrook or Harden playing isolation while everyone else stands around. Durant doesn't get enough quality looks because the team don't got a real PG.

Hire Stan Van Gundy. Do it

:ohhh:

:obama:

that wouldnt be a bad fit

Thibs fukked the Bulls over last year when he continued to run Boozer out there late in games and went away from Bogans/Brewer (like Brooks did with Sefolosha) in favor of Kyle Korver who was committing turnovers and who couldn't defend shyt...

Thibs adjustments last ECFs were just as bad as Brooks' in the Finals this year.

Word like Spolestra was experienced:shaq:

Spolestra was a bum now hes good,Brooks was great after the spurs series now nikkas want him fired:snoop:

Fans are fukking idiots, its why players and athletes have no respect for fans, they think they know more then people whove spent their whole lives around the game

NBA is a players league the best talent/player on the court usually wins, stupid fans just want a scapegoat instead of admitting they squad wasnt good enough
Exactly, the thunder just got outplayed. Harden didnt choke , the heat just played great D on him. Just like in the knicks series, novak didnt choke the heat took away the 3. Give credit to the heat

Offense wasn't the problem we got destroyed on defense.

This as well. Next year I think you're going see them play better and have better ball movement.

It is what it is. Every facet of the game matters in a series. Bad coaching and not making adjustments make a difference.

i can agree with that.

but from thibs perspective some of that was wondering how you are going to get scoring and spacing on the floor when mia was blatantly leaving brewer and bogans open making it harder for rose to make a first step on his defender and easier for the heat to send help when he did get a step

the only thing i really fault thibs for was continuing to send that high screen for rose making it easier for help to be made on rose forcing him to jump pass the ball to shooters. and he never adjusted, i never understood that.

difference is imo thunder legitimately had a better team than the heat when the bulls actually didnt, the defense rose applying so much pressure to the heat defense and the offensive rebounding kept us in those games. so from that standpoint i get your point because brooks could have played a lot of line ups on the heat to see what was working.

and its kinda inexcusable to see dallas literally zone the heat out the building last season but never come with the zone for a significant amount of time in any of these games.

Bulls cant beat the Heat because their second option is Carlos Boozer until that changes Bulls will not win

Thunder lost because harden sucked and they have nowhere else to go for a third option

Once again Scoring wasn't the issue, we lost on defense we were well above our playoff pace harden could have helped but this game/series was lost on defense. allowing battier to be guarded by a pf is a job ending offense alone

Thunder just dont play great d in general, they made the Spurs look like the 80's Lakers on offense a few games

Your boy Durant got beaten off the dribble by Battier:scusthov:
