Thank god some of you "fans" aren't in a position to act on these idiotic rants. Is Brooks a great coach? No. He made some painful mistakes throughout the playoffs. But damn, he outcoached Pop, outcoached Carlisle & just won the West. OKC as a team wasn't ready to win a title this yr, it wasn't just b/c of Brooks

He didnt outcoach pop or carlisle he had the clear cut better team then them, pop brought the best out of every single spur player; the thunder on the other hand is winning in spite of brooks.

Brooks shyt the bed by giving too many minutes to Perk and Fish. But ultimately, it fell to the players. Harden was atrocious and had no confidence once his shot wasn't falling/he couldn't attack the basket. Their defensive rotation on the perimeter was terrible. How many wide open 3's did Battier/Miller have this series? And they didn't have anyone who could stop Lebron. Durant damn near fouled out of game 2 and 3. And Harden on Lebron? :laff:

Brooks is no genius or anything and made mistakes like being too loyal to Perkins and Fisher but i dont really put much stock into nba coaching deciding titles..

Harden gave them nothing that was the difference..Thunder have nowhere else to go for a third option..

Collison? Thabo? Ibaka? Perkins? these guys are offensively challenged..you cant survive with two guys scoring..

Heat role players played much better that was also a huge difference.. Lebron got his ass in the post and was controlling the game and setting up wide open 3's for teammates from the post like Duncan in the early 2000's it was a thing of beauty..

As great a scorer as Durant is he doesotn cotnrol and dominate the way Lebron does for himself and others..

they need to fire him, it happens all the time, they need an experienced coach to get them over that hump
But he just got them to the hump for the 1st time this year, lol.

Shoot...even Don Riley gave Spo another year to figure things out after last season.

:what:If you lose 4 straight it has nothing to do with coaching the other team is just clearly better

It isnt Brooks fault that hardne shyt the bed and thye have no otehr socring optiosn outside of Westbroo kand Durant

Its not his fault Durant has no impact on a game if he isnt scoring and his D is awful

Thunder are a jump shooting team with no inside scorign and arent great on D either thats why they lost

:why: gawd damn breh...

lol nikka you a trip,if they win its in spite of him if they lose its all his fault :comeon:

Heat fans probably think they won in spite of Spolestra in a way they did because the better talent and more experienced team wins not whos the best coach

Of course the ATL

Wrong, his team was just more athletic then those squads and could get away with not executing properly against them.

Miami was just as athletic and he was exposed.

:laff: @ morons acting like coaching doesn't have anything to do with the NBA Playoffs.

So is Boston >>>>> OKC?

If Rivers was coaching OKC do they lose in 5 games?
:upsetfavre:

Breh if were gonna keep it real OKC just wasn't as good as MIA. Game 1 fooled nikkaz into thinking otherwise. Outside of Durant & Westbrook who else really showed up for OKC? How you supposed to coach when your 6th Man of the yr can't shoot & committs dumb fouls? How you supposed to win when Thabo is missing layups & playing ineffectively? OKC bigs were getting outrebounded left & right. There's only so many "adjustments" you can make when your team is playing scared

:laff: @ OKC being clear cut better than SA. Delusions of grandeur.

So you agree with the decision to play ibaka on battier :comeon:

and

There is growing speculation that the Thunder & coach Scott Brooks are far apart on a contract extension and the holdup could led to a split

They should get rid of him now before it's too late. OKC's offense was non-existent. It's basically Westbrook or Harden playing isolation while everyone else stands around. Durant doesn't get enough quality looks because the team don't got a real PG.

Hire Stan Van Gundy. Do it

I never said he was a great coach but that didnt determine the series ,harden not scoring did because they had nowhere else to go dawg

Series shouldn't be over.

Better coaching doesn't drop 4 games straight.
