But NOBODY . ows for an indisputable fact that Zimmerman directly approached Trayvon after following him, or that he threatened Trayvon first in any way after they first met, or that he put hands on Trayvon first. That's the problem.

nikkas can believe whatever they want using personal bias and call it 'fact' to their friends, family and strangers on an internet forum. It don't work that way in a courtroom, though. And that's why Zimmerman might walk.

The main issue is that the prosecution overly complicated the case. The only thing that matters is the claim of self defense. There is a high barrier to claiming self defense when you kill someone. and rightly so. Requires you to be in imminent danger to losing your life. Nothing in this case so far has shown that. the only "injuries" are superficial and minor. Tayvon had no weapon.trayvon also had no motive to engage zimmerman as he was on his way home and did not know him. I dont see how zimmerman can get past the threshold of self defense. It doesnt matter who followed who or started he fight or threw the first punch. Losing a fist fight has never gave anyone the right to pull a gun and kill someone period. In a lot of cases, only the survivors rendition is told and it is usually not given a fukk about. It's no different than two nikkas in the hood fighting and one killing the other after getting stomped out. You think the cops would feel bad for him or a jury? Disturbing is the right word. Racism is COMPLETELY controlling this conversation. The narrative is this: black people are inherently criminally-minded and violent, so GZ naturally was justified in arming himself, pursuing tray, and eventually shooting him dead like a dog. The actual evidence as we know it...from the 911 tape, to GZ's superficial wounds, Trayvon's complete lack of culpability in inviting any attention from an armed man, and GZ's overall wildly reckless behavior and inconsistent statements means nothing.
