Frieza coming back to Earth as a cyborg should have been it's own saga.

Tri beams, Special Beam Cannons, Destructo Discs, Masenkos, Gallick Guns, and Spirit Balls flying everywhere
Then when Frieza and King Cold get serious and starts giving our heroes that work, Trunks comes in out of nowhere and handles that business
Frieza and King Cold were wasted in the canon storyline. As dope is Trunks was, their deaths were way too anticlimactic

One thing nobody talks about are the long-term ramifications of having so many Super Saiyans. Already by the end of DBZ Goku's kids was about to have kids. This means that the SSJ bloodline will eventually spread out and could potentially be 10% or more of the population in about 5 generations.
Also, we know that Saiyans are genetically ruthless and love to fight. There's no way that all of them are going to be gentle like the Z fighters -- hell most of the Z fighters were
to start with. The obvious result of all of this is that 10 generations from the end of Z, humans will have been killed off like the Truffles and the Earth would be in constant conflict (perhaps even destroyed) by the overpowered descendants of Saiyans.
And before you ask, Goku and Vegeta are likely

by age at this point. And even though Nameks live to be extremely old, we know Piccolo in his prime would get

Actually I forgot about that, good point. But he'll be older and outnumbered. I'm sure the evil SSJ will band together to knock him off the throne.
And whats crazy is that piccolo really should have been the 2nd or 3rd strongest when the cell games started. After he fused with Kami he was the strongest and then he went into the hyperbolic time chamber. Coming out of there he should have been stronger than trunks/vegeta probably on par with goku and 2nd only to ssj2 gohan
