Y’all just not getting it. You can fire a gun in the air, at the ground, at a stop sign and it doesn’t matter in CA. If it’s nikkas in your vicinity, especially nikkas you are fighting with, and you shoot a gun in the state of California that is assault. Doesn’t matter if you hit them, brazed them, or missed them.
