Eugene stated that they were only 55% there which was alot further than they originally thought, so they reassessed going straight to DC. plus Sasha and others agreed to go to DC and protect Eugene if they could check out Terminus first.

Yeah it's picked up for me. These last few episodes are the reason why I watch the show. For me, it's a show that's about spurts. There will be consecutive episodes where I'm just like "meh" & then they hit you with those episodes "like that's why the fukk I'm talking about."
