They do have representatives tho.

Also, every year we're voting for something directly.

Whether that's a zoning board, school board, sheriff, dog catcher.

We can also add citizen's amendments, and any changes to our charter have to be approved by the public in a vote as well.

It's not exact. But we have all the same features
