Signing Aminu and resigning Crowder would give us depth at the 3. I don't Young and Hunter would play 3 and ET is a big 1.

Trade Bradley to Utah for Favors and call it a day.

It's crazy to think we could bring back crowder, Jerebko...

Sign Pierce, gasol, and another big name free agent

Plus still have all those players and draft picks to trade with (and Gerald Wallace the fukk off my team)

Yet people are being negative

we gonna field 20 players?

gasol-no chance
pierce-depends on getting another all-star which is unlikely

As I've stated I think we will trade at least 2 out of Turner, Bradley, KO, and sully

I think we'll try and work a Sign and Trade :yeshrug:. We have no choice but to ship out 3-6 players. We both knew this going into the draft...now we're a bit hamstrung. Including our rookies we have 15 and then the 4 cap holds on our FAs :deadmanny:

Who's to say we have "no chance" at Gasol?

Anyone remotely reasonable :ld:

The Celtics have just as good a chance as any other team to land Gasol (should he decide to leave Memphis). We have the money, we're in the East (weaker competition so higher likelihood of playoff basketball), we have a good, young team in place, and we're looking to take the next step. Add in Brad Stevens as coach and the franchise's winning history and Gasol to Boston isn't as unlikely as some of y'all believe. Plus having him as a Celtic will make it easier for us to lure another big name to Boston. I'll believe this until somebody provides a reasonable explanation as to why Boston isn't a valid option for Gasol. :birdman:
