But I read a book on Jho Low (the guy at the center of everything), and he's still on the run because he got his hands on billions of dollars that were meant for Malaysia and he did what any crooked regular dude would do with that kind of cash.
He went crazy with it.
He partied with tons of celebs like Jamie Foxx, Leo, and others. Gave jewelry to Miranda Kerr, a ferrari to Kim Kardashian, tens of thousands to Emily Ratajkowski and he might have smashed all three along with other women.
And he financed a number of projects in Hollywood like Wolf of Wall Street and was basically giving money away so all the celebrities and studios came running.
And a film definitely needs to be made about all of this but to do so they'd have to admit their involvement.
