A big thing I did was took everything I thought I knew and threw it away
I said fukk timers, fukk workouts , fukk plans, goals everything
I was looking at working outs, gym memberships et
for some reason I said fukk it I’m gonna do 100 of a bunch of shyt
Ran for 5 min
I started with sit up and push ups
100, no matter how long it took me
7 days a week
Then I added ore and more as I went on and Once I was healthy and starting to get fit I did this for a year and half at my house
100 pull ups
100 push ups ( now diamond)
300/500 sit up variations
200 -300 dips
100 curls ( started at like 10 pounds I was weak as fukk )
200 other arm shyts ( no cap I don’t know what there called )
I did this every day for a year . I still do 100 pull ups every day cuz I just can’t break my streak but I do other shyt now
Here’s where everyone fukks up
if you want to get IN SHAPE, STRONG , TONE throw everything you ever thought you knew about food and forget it

every single portion from absolutely everything is almost double and easily triple than what you need
and it’s garbage
let that sink in
you wake up and think your eating healthy by having 3 BIG ASS HEALTHY MEALs
and most restaurants are full of sugar and other BS too

I haven’t had a pizza in almost 2 years now
my cheat meal is a burger with no cheese just veggies and a little Mayo once a week
INTERMITTENT fasting is the real key to all this shyt

noon
Kale
Honey
Carrots
Oats
Any fruit
100 mg thc
Water
6 pm
chicken or fish with veggies
No dinner every other day
Bits of fruit or oats if I get hungry in between
No rules or nothing , some times I’d have hella fruit some times I would have nothing
Every day for a year
Good job you figured out what works for your body. That little bit of knowledge helps. Alot of people need to try and experiment and see what their body responds to.
