I mean it seems like Lebron doesn't like Kareem.
From what I've read, Kareem does seem to like Lebron as a player and role model, though he has been critical of Lebron over off-the-court stuff like the narrative of "The GOAT" and things like that.
I would hope that Lebron would recognize the gravity of an achievement like breaking Kareem's scoring record, and address it appropriately -- even if he might not see eye to eye with Kareem on a personal level or something.
