Always funny to see LeBron defenders try to defend his complete destruction of parity and competitiveness. LBJ knew exactly what he was doing. That's why he said "Not 1, Not 2, Not 3..."
And that's precisely why as soon as LBJ went to Miami, only his teams have made it out of the east. And, to be honest, this is going to continue for the next 4 or 5 years. People who talk about how bad LBJ's Cleveland teams were fail to realize that is the predicament that most teams in the east are in. LBJ, could have easily waited in Cleveland, gotten a star to come and then win some Championships. I would have had more respect for him if he did that. LBJ, has absolutely no desire to play in a competitive league. That's why after he left Miami, he orchestrated the trade for Kevin Love. LBJ is a great player, probably top 3 of all time, but he destroyed basketball in the Eastern Conference.
Lebron didn't start start anything. Bosh was never a superstar and Wade was non the downside of his career. You have no understanding of cause and effect, do you? They don't have to be the exact same thing to be correlated. LeBron started the trend of teaming up with superstars and building superteams and Durant took it a step further. You could argue that Boston started it but, they were all over 30 at the time. LeBron's decision to join up with two other stars in their 20s created a paradigm shift that had ripple effects across the league. If Miami doesn't come together, KD doesn't go to Golden State years later.
Like Malone & payton signing to the Lakers for the minimum never happened. fukk Rob Parker and this thread
that idiot talking head is banking on you casuals who don't know history of the game to agree with that dumb shyt.
kd and bron both on the same journey, but how you get there counts. lebron made his teams contenders. withouth him there was no chance for those teams to win a title.
kd was scared of being "the man". not only did he run away from the challenge, but considering the circumstances, he did something thottish by going to gs.
when and if kd wins a title it will be one of the least meaningful titles by a superstar top tier player the game has seen.
spin it how you want, the similarities are superficial but the differences are glaring.
Let's be real.. If LeBron or KD go to YOUR team to either put it over the top or add to an already stout team, you would love it!
Kill that noise..
As far as Rob Parker goes.... It's Rob Parker.
Well, that's easily some of the dumbest shyt I've ever heard.I would stop being a laker fan if lebron ever went to my team

Amar'e Stoudemire believes that LeBron James would have re-signed with the Cavaliers last summer had Cleveland pulled the trigger on a deal to acquire Stoudemire from the Phoenix Suns.
In fact, Stoudemire was committed to becoming James' full-time running mate until the Cavs shifted their focus from Stoudemire and instead traded for Antawn Jamison last winter.
"They both put themselves in a position to get a ring in the easiest way possible"
Do you dispute that?
So bosh and wade couldn't of won a title or at least be contenders?
that was already conceded. my position is the circumstances are a lot more relevant than your simplified statement suggests.
again, none of lebron's teams win a title without him. kd going to gs was like dolly parton getting a boob job.
this parker guy is trying to dumb down the comparison to the point where the details don't matter.
no they wouldn't win a title without lebron. you'd have to make some hypothetical about them adding pieces and lebron not adding pieces.
being a "contender" in the east doesn't mean anything other than conceding you'll lose to lebron's teams in the conf finals.
They were all past there prime bruh just stop
No the Thunder could've and would've beaten he warriors. Durant left Because goldenstate players were his friends.
Just like Lebron left because he wanted to play with his friends wade and bosh in Miami.
Yeah imagine bean, magic and mj leaving teams that had Kareem, shaq, cooper, ac green, rambis, Nixon, Wilkes, worthy, rice, Malone, glove, gasoline, Bynum, Odom, arrest, horry, Harper, pippen, grant, rodman, mcadoo, van exel, Eddie jones, riley, Phil, etc etc shame on bron for not winning during his first stint in Cleveland were boobi Gibson and mo Williams not enough
KG was MVP in 04. Stop.PP, Ray & KG were never ever regarded as the best player(s) in the league. Of course Kobe haters would say Ray Allen and Pierce were better than Kobe, but everyone with a brain knew that was pure BS. KG was called the tin man, he had no heart.. They really overacheieved.
