Nah Bron Stans trolling at this point.

so using your logic, this would the 2021 season? :mjlol:
The Lakers won the 2020 title in the 2019-2020 season

Last year was the 2020-2021 season with the Bucks winning the 2021 title

This year is the 2021-2022 season with the team winning the 2022 title

when people say (insert team) was the (insert year) champions

do they say 2021-2022 or do they say the 2022 champions?

either way, that's irrelevant. why did u bring up a year in which Kobe played 6... SIX.... games as an argument?

And then u use a season where he rehabbed his injury to make what point?
Yeah he was rehabbing but what happened when Shaq bounced before that? What happened in 2004, 2005 and 2006? Kobe averaged 35.4 ppg and no playoffs and if we still had SOHH I guarantee you was suckin him off :hhh:

2006 this nikka scored 81 pts and I bet you was all :ahh:

Did you pop shyt when he refused to shoot in that series against Phoenix?

Kobe had seasons where he led the Lakers nowhere

It happened to your man too..

The dude is averaging 30 and he’s cooked in your eyes.

This shyt is wack this thread is wack..

:krs: The 2013 Lakers were 9 games under .500?

Lakers are 9 games under .500 because they lost 13 games without Bron. And the 2013 Lakers had a far better supporting cast, like I just said. They won their last three games to qualify for the playoffs (all against playoff squads) with Kobe on the bench - this squad ain't got a prayer of doing that. Dwight was an All-NBA selection that year and Pau still had All-NBA and all-star years ahead of him in Chicago.

2013 was a better supporting cast?

:dead:

Steve Blake
Earl Clark
Antwan Jamison
Jodie Meeks
Metta

were 5 players in the top 8 rotation in the game he tore his achilles

How can you pretend this is even in question? Let's compare that day vs. yesterday. Guyswho played 20+ minutes:

Pau
Dwight
Artest
Blake
Clark
Meeks

or

Westbrook
Monk
Reaves
Johnson
Bradley
THT

This is why Kobestans look like idiots. Claiming that first cast is worst than the 2nd cast is the new stupidest thing said today.

Funny how Westbrook suddenly looks horrendous as soon as he joins Bron like the many other players who aren't just catch and shoot players.

:dead:

Like I said, just because Bron minimizes the talent on the team doesn't mean they're awful.

Funny thing is you and other idiots don't even realize that one roster was handpicked and the other one wasn't. Guess which one? :lolbron:

this is how you bron stans are so fukking delusional. just because Lebron can't optimize players around him doesn't mean his cast is worse.

2013 Lakers had:

34yo Kobe who was 1st-team All-NBA
27yo Dwight who was 1st-team All-NBA the previous year putting up 21 and 15 with 3 blocks a game
32yo Pau who averaged 19-12-3 and 17-11-4 two years later getting All Star and All-NBA nods for Chicago
33yo Artest who averaged 13ppg and could still play strong defense
38yo Nash who had averaged 13 and 11 as an all-star with Phoenix the previous year

Kobe, Dwight, and Artest all played 75+ games that year while Pau and Nash played 50.

So tell me again who was failing to optimize players around him? Do you think a single one of those guys was optimal in 2013?

Even Kobe's fake defense(see infamous possession where steph hit a 3 and Kobe patted him on the back) where he would show effort and get cooked is way more effective and inspiring than Lebron not even trying.

Bullshyt, Kobe was literally doing NOTHING on defense. He got lambasted for it by media and fans both. You can't rewrite history now.

Bron is out there defending in the post, he's averaging over a block a game this year and is 7th in the NBA in taking charges. Every one of the advanced defensive metrics show Bron as a net positive for the year, unlike Kobe in 2013. You can't claim he's "not even trying", you don't get blocks and charges without trying.

This is what you nikkas blatantly ignore. That 2005 team which he got hurt had no expectations to win. That 2006 team took the top team to 7 games. This Lakers team was expected to compete for a ring. And guess what? Those trash ass smush Parker and Kwame brown teams made the playoffs. It hurts y’all to know that this is inarguably the worst performance by a superstar when it comes to leading a team.

The right way, the wrong way and the Max Power way
LeGBT have no concept of actually being fans of a TEAM. Of something bigger than one player. Of something that will be around long after their idol retires so I can see why they're so furious with the Lakers fans for not bowing down at his feet and thanking their lucky stars he's decided to grace LA with his presence.

This is a franchise that has seen West, Magic, Kareem, Shaq, Kobe and many others pass through and leave a mark. It will always be bigger than just one player. They just can't grasp it.

As the supreme leader Lebron needs to set the tone and still be engaged on the defensive end or the team might be trash, oh wait:ohhh:
Tbh Bron probably doesn't put out max effort of defense because

1. He doesn't want to over exert himself and risk injury. If he's not on the court they have no chance to win (and it will take him longer to get the scoring record :lolbron:)

2. He's the best scorer on the team right now so he needs to save energy for offense. This is why a lot of the best scorers won't guard the other teams best players. This is almost always a coaches decision.

If day to Davis was healthy it wouldn't be so bad and Bron would be able to rest on offense sometimes and spend more energy on defense. This team doesn't really have any good defenders besides him.
