It won't, American rap culture and ratchet culture is becoming increasingly influential on African youth by the year.
A good example is the recent One Corner dance phenomenon that's been blowing up out of Ghana to the rest of West Africa. Clearly derived from American stripper clubs. shyt is ridiculous

How will Nigeria shake "Africa"? because outside of west Africa, i really don't see it having much of a effect throughout the continent. Unless you predict civil conflict and i hope to "god" it does not come to that.
It's going to promote Nigerians to migrate all over the rest of the continent to escape the political and economic instability. Basically like Syrians escaping to all over Europe.
Considering the very large population in Nigeria. That's going to be a major headache on other African governments as they put their own citizens first.

I think most of them will choose mainly English speaking countries, example Ghana, South Africa etc. I seriously doubt they will go anywhere in North Africa except to migrate to Europe, which many of them already do! Honestly, i don't think it will come down to that, because it is only one region that wants to secede from the rest of the nation. Hence that will be the only region affected by the civil unrest, whereas the rest of the country will be intact.

Many Northern Nigerians learn Arabic because they are Muslim. In fact, Hausas have lived in Sudan for centuries. They will come to North Africa too.

From what i gathered, I don't think the whole country will be at war. Also you know as good as i know "uncle sam" will be up to their old tricks to abate the situation, but will see. Let see history will repeat itself once again, or something new come out of it.

So you actually believe that the whole country will be at war? I kind of doubt that, but who knows! Yes, i know about the Hausas, they came to Sudan as transit country due to the Hajj, and after leaving Saudi Arabia many stayed in Sudan and some in Eritrea, and some still live in Saudi Arabia after many generations. Personally, i think there are too much western interest in Nigeria to allow it to spiral out of control, but we will see what happens. It is going to be interesting.
