That’s the problem you dikkhead.

You think white people, Asians, and Hispanics are up front and honest about not hiring black people? No! They just don’t do it and shut the fukk up about it, avoiding situations like this.

Y’all really can’t be this fukking dense man :snoop:
She has gotten plenty of jobs AFTER her comments,

I think she will be fine without you and the cacs anger :ehh:

Never try and pass off libs of tiktok videos as anything but agenda driven lies

The backpedaling in this thread to try and find something wrong with what she's saying or criticize her as a person is textbook agenda crafting

Not to mention the video is old and OPs title is a lie as she's not even a lead dev.

nikkas really be falling for alt-right propaganda. Getting mad over this because musk did to the point of calling her a dumb bytch while simultaneously posting misinformation lmaoooo
Tech bros are the ones that follow Elon and Joe rogan and them cacs that are even out public trying to say black people aren’t smart enough to be doctors and piolets, etc.

These are the guys that are usually in charge of video games teams. These are the guys she’s had to deal with her whole career. So she gets a chance to give black/gay devs a safe space, she does it and talks about it and nikkas in here mad at her.

Same nikkas that would say “make your own game if you want black people in it”

She did it, and now them same dudes think she should be arrested for discrimination.

nikkas crazy :mjlol:

But she did. Her game came out. It was well received. It got her a good job and hopefully the other people on her team got better jobs too.

She wouldn’t have had to make the comments or feel the need to make a safe space if the white men in the industry didn’t set the standard of discrimination and marginalization of minorities. And she shouldn’t have to be quiet about it. They should take those comments and try to fix the things they’ve done to make them necessary.

What she said wasn’t racist.

She didn’t say white people are dumb or incompetent.

She said black and minorities usually don’t have a safe space in game dev and she wanted to provide that to them.

No one took offense to those comments but a few racists cacs and now TLR coli nikkas :smh:

I thought there was a thread on this already? Anyway, her selfish ranting could lead to collateral damage for other black business who put black people on being accused as being no different than her dumbass. :snoop:
So instead of breaking it down for the layman she should have polished it up and sold it to the highest buyer. More buzzwords, double talk, rhetoric.

I get it. She may lose her position. Money might get tight. If you can't be honest, just be silent.

Let's keep it 100 though the only thing wrong with it is that she's black. If she was Elon musk, or some head of a Hollywood studio, or some white congressman, they can say the quiet part out loud and people will :picard: but that's about it. Hell if some prominent Asian came out and said it people go :picard: "they don't usually talk like that! Just proves what we've been saying all along!"

The only reason this has traction is because she's black and refusing to play with white people. If the shoe was on any other colored foot saying they don't want to or prefer not to work with black people or politicizing, dressing up, double talking and attempting to justify why they don't want to work with black people it'd just be :yeshrug:
If anyone non-black did what she just did towards black people, they'd be out of a job. I know you aren't saying the bolded after the ridiculous amounts of firings that have occurred over the past 10+ years online because of people talking crazy about black people? :comeon:

Nobody is saying that she should be quiet, those cacs makeup the majority of the gaming industry, meaning her career can be in jeopardy because of her wording. Unless you have a way combating the likes of blum and people like him who flip the civil rights language and get rid of programs that help us, then people like her need to mask what she is saying.

She talked about her game and how she was received well by some people in the industry.

Some people will rock with her, some won’t.

She’s still employed and getting projects right now, so i think she’s doing pretty good for herself.

She got/had more heart than most of you do.

Y'all mad, laughing, and tearing her down because she's vocal about not wanting to hire white people for a specific project?

Y'all sound like White people who'd always spin stuff like this into “reverse racism” for a gotcha moment.

What she did is no different than when a TV show or movie casting director makes an explicit audition poster for a character/role to be played by a specific individual of a particular race and age.

We need more Black people like her in certain fields who take chances and stand up against the norm (status quo) instead of playing it safe in a passive manner to not upset others or fall into the “just happy to be here” attitude.

Having heart and talking reckless doesn't build wealth and power. Being smart and methodical does.
