She got/had more heart than most of you do.

Y'all mad, laughing, and tearing her down because she's vocal about not wanting to hire white people for a specific project?

Y'all sound like White people who'd always spin stuff like this into “reverse racism” for a gotcha moment.

What she did is no different than when a TV show or movie casting director makes an explicit audition poster for a character/role to be played by a specific individual of a particular race and age.

We need more Black people like her in certain fields who take chances and stand up against the norm (status quo) instead of playing it safe in a passive manner to not upset others or fall into the “just happy to be here” attitude.
:snoop: This is so ridiculous.

Some of you cats are more interested in fake bravado than results/victories. SMH.

ridiculous amounts of firings that have occurred over the past 10+ years online because of people talking crazy about black people? :comeon:

The amounts of firings aren't ridiculous they are incredibly low. I don't give a shyt about some white cashier at Wendy's saying the n word on video and it going viral. I want the cfo, coo, ceo's, the sheriff's, the police chiefs, the superintendents, the city council, the mayor, the governor, the congressman.

This discussion has been had on here many a time and will continue to be rehashed until the end of time, y'all prefer y'all's racism coded, politicized, dressed up, professionalized, eloquently spoken, y'all want the miniscule of doubt, a silver lining that whatever is in that statement, soundbyte, tweet, question is left for interpretation, isn't a direct shot, could really apply to anyone. When they make coded generalizations it's "well they are talking about a certain group of people...definitely not me...." And when someone in particular gets attacked it's "well they are talking about him/her not people at large."
