In "The Last of Us," Ellie is immune to the Cordyceps Brain Infection (CBI), which has turned the majority of the world's population into infected creatures known as the Infected. The main narrative of the game revolves around Joel, the protagonist, escorting Ellie across a post-apocalyptic United States in hopes of reaching the Fireflies, a rebel group who believes that they can create a vaccine using Ellie's immunity.

We could, it’s just that people are spiritually bankrupt. We sometimes forget that the consumers can be just as wicked as the corps. People just have to be more cohesive with the demands and be willing to just stop playing half assed titles
