You bringing up Tiger. None of his Dennys hoes took him to court in a criminal or civil trial. Bringing him up is the epitome of stupid :stopitslime:

Big Ben had like three cases of sexual assault that never made it to court and Goodell still suspended him. Deshaun has twenty something and you think he’s getting off?. Okay

Goodell Doesn’t need you to be convicted of anything to be suspended. You bring bad PR to the shield in his opinion and you getting suspended. Why we acting brand new? :martin:

So why didn't she report it? Why didn't any of the women report it?
Good morning, or afternoon, wherever you are. Your statements and questions (and strangely fervent defense of his actions) show you haven't researched it, at all. A 5 second Google search shows that "at least 10 of the women" have filed police reports. There is a great new timeline article on The Athletic, if you really want to get your questions answered, you can go through that.
As to why the others didn't, it may have something to do with the non-disclosure agreements he and his team had them sign.
Not only all that, but he settled 20 of the cases, which means he decided to pay them in exchange for it not proceeding to trial. You're defending him harder than he's defending himself, showing you either don't know, or don't care about the facts, and it's really disturbing.

This isn’t the “gotcha” question that you seem to think it is. It’s common knowledge that women underreport these types of incidents/assaults, probably because of the reactions from men who are determined to call them liars from the jump. Not to mention several of them did file reports.

If you think all 26 women are lying then there’s not much for us to discuss, but all I’ll say is you really don’t have to die on this hill. Watson doesn’t need your help and you’re only making yourself look worse.

This dudes a unique one. But he’s not a criminal and at this point I think I’ve lost interest. Let the dude play. He is t the first rich/wealthy/popular person who is a weirdo.

The ones I’ve been around seem to be weird.

I stand corrected, but only partially... criminal complaints didn't happen until after civil lawsuits were filed and after Buzbee approached Watson about paying off 'accusers'

Again, the complaints filed were done, not immediately after 'crimes', but after civil lawsuits, which is probably why their statements were not deemed all that credible in grand jury process.

The fact people like you loosely take this into consideration is a major reason why this situation has blown up. You don't care about due process, you just want to be outraged so you find information to validate your emo feelings

:pachaha: crazy how he was portrayed in college as this great compassionate and upstanding kid. nikka was always a deviant JBO nikka at heart
As a kid:

Warrick Dunn got his family a new house, heartwarming story. Underneath all that charity and good fortune, grew an xvideos zombie.

nikka could probably break down a Justin Slayer joint better than a nickel defense.

We know exactly why the Texans lost that playoff game against the Chiefs. When they went up 21-0, he stopped thinking with the head in the helmet and started with the one in the jockstrap

yup-you-know-it.gif

Because this is where his mind went.

The police reports were most likely filed after the suits because attorneys let clients/victims/whatever you want to call them know that it will help the case if they file a report. There has never been anything said about their statements being deemed not credible by a grand jury, you made that up.
You have no no leg to stand on talking about people loosely taking things into consideration when you are ignoring everything that doesn't support your bullshyt. The situation has blown up because it's completely unprecedented, and incredibly strange. You REALLY don't think it would've blown up if not for "people like" me??
Quote one thing I have said that shows I don't care about due process. We'll all wait. Show me one thing I have said that displays any emotion or outrage. We'll all wait.
While we're waiting, because that's gonna be a while, you can answer one simple question, and I promise I'll try my best to control my outrage and feelings, since I haven't before: do you think it either is, or should be, legal for a man to ejaculate on someone without their knowledge or permission. Yes or no question, bud

In order for their to be a civil suit, there has to be some sort of crime element to the allegation. So of course the accusers' are going to say he 'ejaculated' on me without permission.

That's the crust of their money grab. The WITHOUT PERMISSION part.

That said, it's one accusor's version of what happened. You know, the same accusor that's one of 22+ women with the same attorney 🙄

The legality of the situation is not the priority because the accusation was made way after the fact. That's why when someone criminal happens to you, you should report it immediately, bud

In the Backpage days they didn't see black guys under 30 and sometimes 35...this might be a setback for young black men in the erotic massage world. Lot of the girls in this environment project/projected a bad experience with a black guy and would put up age requirements for black guys or not see black guys even if the girl was black herself, lol.

This ig-thot era seems to have more open minded girls.

That isn't at all true, "civil" in legal terms literally means not criminal. Small claims court is a civil court. And law firms very often represent multiple clients who are making the same accusation against the same person or business. Class action lawsuits come to mind. You don't even watch legal TV shows huh? You're not doing great here, bud.
But either way, you just said there has to be a criminal element, and if you believe that, why would you say, "none of this is criminal"? Whether or not you believe the 24 women is irrelevant, it would still be a criminal act being alleged. You need not worry about when I report crimes, I'm not involved in this.
I noticed you didn't answer the question....
