In order for their to be a civil suit, there has to be some sort of crime element to the allegation. So of course the accusers' are going to say he 'ejaculated' on me without permission.

That's the crust of their money grab. The WITHOUT PERMISSION part.

That said, it's one accusor's version of what happened. You know, the same accusor that's one of 22+ women with the same attorney 🙄

The legality of the situation is not the priority because the accusation was made way after the fact. That's why when someone criminal happens to you, you should report it immediately, bud

Criminal matters aren't always immediately reported, especially sexual assaults. Some are never reported. Especially when dealing with rich or powerful people.

Also criminal charges not being filed is not indicative of whether the complaint is valid or not, neither is it indicative of the complainant's credibility. It all boils down to is the complaint sustainable. Corroborating witnesses, physical evidence etc. Sexual assaults are already notoriously hard to prove so now factor in an alleged sexual assault matter where there is no penetration. Just alleged forced touching or indecent exposure. It basically boils down to your word against mine.

Bear in mind, people react differently. So how you would've reacted to an alleged incident in comparison to how some one else did is not the be all and end all of credibility either.

With all that being said, I don't believe all the complainants. However, some do have really credible complaints and its quite possible that he did commit criminal sexual assault with some of those women. Proving that is an entirely different matter tho.

Watson in my opinion, at the very least is a sexual deviant.

There were ZERO criminal complaints filed amongst the 26 women who then sued for CIVIL LIABILITY ($$$) lawsuits for accusations that are CLEARLY criminal in nature.

26 women! 26 different stories. ZERO criminal charges!!

Fukk outta here... this is a clear witch hunt & money grab at this point... and a majority of you suckas falling for it.
imagine the only reason caring about this being because your team traded for him

Because he likes to have sex with women, he should be suspended?

Because he likes to have sex with women, he should be suspended?

Now you are just being obtuse. He's not in this position because "he likes to have sex with women." Suspension is in play here because of the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior made against him by several women. (Some of which were actual criminal complaints that were filed.) Precedent exists for imposing suspensions on players in the NFL for conduct deemed detrimental to the league even without criminal charges being in place. This is not a commentary of his innocence or guilt.

He's shown a clear pattern of poor decision making at best which has brought immense negative spotlight to the league he plays for. Being a high profiled professional athlete and requesting the services of over two dozen different massage therapists (many of whom are not even professional massage therapist) through social media and then requesting sexual acts or participating in sexual acts with several of them is not a good look professionally even if it's consensual. He's admitted to having consensual sex with some of them in the very least. No it's not illegal to ask a woman who you contracted on a professional level for sex but it's not bright and it opens you up to criminal complaints or complaints of sexual harassment as we clearly have here. (Again not a commentary on his guilt or innocence.) A few of these women allegedly complained to personnel of his former team about his alleged inappropriate behaviour. So now his personal sexual escapades are now spilling over to his professional life. That is a problem. You can't dispute that. It's not a hard concept to grasp why his behaviour was at best problematic and is now subject for a discipline review by his employees.

It is a privilege to be part of the National Football League. Everyone who is part of the league must refrain from “conduct detrimental to the integrity of and public confidence in” the NFL. This includes owners, coaches, players, other team employees, game officials, and employees of the league office, NFL Films, NFL Network, or any other NFL business. Conduct by anyone in the league that is illegal, violent, dangerous, or irresponsible puts innocent victims at risk, damages the reputation of others in the game, and undercuts public respect and support for the NFL. We must endeavor at all times to be people of high character; we must show respect for others inside and outside our workplace; and we must strive to conduct ourselves in ways that favorably reflect on ourselves, our teams, the communities we represent, and the NFL.

Good morning, or afternoon, wherever you are. Your statements and questions (and strangely fervent defense of his actions) show you haven't researched it, at all. A 5 second Google search shows that "at least 10 of the women" have filed police reports. There is a great new timeline article on The Athletic, if you really want to get your questions answered, you can go through that.
As to why the others didn't, it may have something to do with the non-disclosure agreements he and his team had them sign.
Not only all that, but he settled 20 of the cases, which means he decided to pay them in exchange for it not proceeding to trial. You're defending him harder than he's defending himself, showing you either don't know, or don't care about the facts, and it's really disturbing.
