OCIs aren’t for black people?
You’re black and You go to a T14I wouldn't dare do oci again. it isnt for black ppl. I'm blowing in the wind.
It really is like that, especially with all of the Fall OCIs, and the new student programming. It'll be December before you know it.Fall semester 1L was the slowest semester of my life. Everyday was a drag.
Fall semester 2L is flying by fast as fukk
Good luck brother.Sitting on two job offers, waiting for the rest of my rejections from OCIs; the wait is killing me.
Am going to be doing Fall and Spring work w/ a small boutique that does a shyt ton of appellate work, if nothing else labor comes through (MLB Players Assoc. and a few DC/NYC labor places have me on their radar), I'll just end up going with them.
May take Fed Courts and gun to see if I can graduate at least cum laude and clerk after a year or so of practice.

Yeah definitely clerk if you can. Not a single person I know who has clerked has said they regretted it. I tried out the clerk route but didn't get it, but wished I did. Still ended up ok for me, but I know people that have set themselves up for a long ass time because of that clerkship on their resume. Especially if it is with the right judge.Good luck brother.
Go for the clerkship. Not enough of us on in the federal courts

Corporate finance/M&AGood to see everyone making moves. Seems like most of you guys do/will do litigation work, which is funny because I did it when I first got out of school and HATED it lol
Anyone doing anything outside of the box at all as far as a niche area of practice/specific kinds of cases?
