alright this a dear diary type of post

back from a hiatus cuz of school. maxed out on bench 315, deadlifts 455, and tried to hit 455 on squats but they were just knee bends. i havent lifted in a week cuz of school and got sick. ended up losin 5lbs.

im gunna cancel my school gym this month and then go to a 24hr by my house. im also thinking about joining this caveman training gym for a month, but it costs $70.
im also tryin to drop 15-20lbs or 13%bf by feb-march. its about that time i actually get to the weight i want.
