I think the Knicks are gonna make a run at AD, the John Jenkins signing is basically fodder to help facilitate a trade imo, but Mitch is gonna be off the table. Breh is having a Gobert, Capela type impact, and both the eye test and the advanced metrics support that statement, and this is from a guy who didnt expect to play much his first year. He's also making a mil a year( I hope he gets an extension locked in once all of our pieces are in place ), so you cant really find the value Mitch has going forward, anywhere else.

At worst, it'll be a " the pick or Mitch" type of situation, but honestly the only guy coming out of this draft Id keep over Mitch is Zion.

The only issue is say they don't get Zion...... Boston already said they would send Tatum..... Only way Knicks have a chance to get AD over an offer of Tatum is Mitch has to play at this level all season, and Pelicans are like well he'll be on a rookie deal longer than Tatum.

:yeshrug:

If we trade for AD and send them Mitch and Zion how is that different than the doing the Antonio McDyess trade for Camby and Nene again. Its the same exact shyt........

If the Celtics make that offer then they can have AD, Kryie is still gonna leave, AD wont resign and we can just clear space and offer AD the max next offseason:mjgrin:

Zion and Mitch is too much, their impact together
=AD's and having both plus Kyrie and KD still gets a title imo so I'd pass on sending both. Im just not keen on sending out a guy who can be a perennial dpoy, when the Knicks can make some appealing offers without him.I dont consider Boston a viable trading partner with the Pelicans because AD doesnt wanna be there, and if they do make the trade, they'll pay for it when AD leaves.

AD, Kyrie, and Durant can get a title, but I dont think those 3 without depth is a sure thing. Kyrie and AD are too injury prone, and KD is in his 30's now, you lean on them too heavy throughout the season then they're bound to get hurt, so you cant trade the farm for one guy imo.

But if the Knicks keep Mitch, trade for AD, and Mitch sustains thisevel of play, now it's a big 4 and we're talking a dynasty or some shyt. I know I sound like I'm losing my mind with the Mitch praise lol. But I think he's special in his own right, so there should be a lot of careful consideration in moving him for anybody, and his value has to be weighted accordingly; If Mitch gets thrown in a proposal, a lot of other assets have to be withdrawn too.

I think the Kyrie move was based on them getting AD. Kyrie and LeBron ain’t gonna come out the West. The only reason KD and Kyrie is a good look is because KD off the Warriors makes them beatable again.
I think a Kyrie + KD duo is the best duo in the East. Two elite scorers who have proven they can take over on the biggest stage on the same team.
Combine that with the young talent you guys have (Mitchell Robinson, Trier, Knox, Dotson) and you guys will have a potential top 3 team in the East.

Call me crazy, I wouldn't trade Mitch for AD...
yeah thats pretty crazy fam lol
if its just anthony davis alone, i dont do the trade.
davis coming here alone doesnt do anything major for us

but if kyrie or durant come, or better yet, both of em come, and pelicans wanna make the trade, u gotta pull the trigger man;
thats a nice 3-4- year window to win a championship

cant pass that up.

How about putting a damn main guy around them instead of gutting our team. We have yet to see what this team looks like with a star player. KP was supposed to be that but he's gone.
if you put kd, kyrie, or ad on this team with the current roster, we a first or second round exit breh:yeshrug:
i
like i said, if its anthony davis alone, i dont make the trade
if hes coming with kyrie or durant, or if we are forming a big 3, we arguably have our best team in history

u say gut our team like we dont have 12 wins lol
theres nothin to gut, we trash
nets have a better argument to make as far as gutting goes.

Fair enough but then how do we outbid those teams with either Zion or Mitchell? It’s gonna be both Zion and Mitchell.... and that’s a lot for AD.

Not because AD's talent is not worth it because he is a known superstar but if Kyrie, KD, and don't work, AD could pull his own version of Kyrie in Boston and bounce the summer afterwards.
