What are the odds that we win three games in a row this season?

It's not quite impossible. We'll end the season with young cats playing hard while half the teams are in the playoffs and resting up while the other half are tanking with units equally undeveloped and young as our own. I've seen Mardy Collins and Toney Douglas lead Knicks teams to wins in April (Collins had me hopeful and everything :snoop:). We need the tank locked up before that bit of time in case the Frank/Trier/Dot/Knox/Mitch unit closes the season on a win streak :myman:

:heh:

What are the odds we win 3 more games this season?:usure:
We have a chance.

I’m all for the tank and the mindset that not all wins are good wins. But the last couple of games got me excited to see our young core contributing to victories even if it affects our draft standings.

We drafted him in the mid teens and he’s still in the league getting back up minutes... does that qualify as a bust?

I just don’t think he’ll get a second NBA contract

:yeshrug:

If you then don’t count second rounders...... I think you got to go back to the 90’s

:ehh:

Keep in mind I’ve said for years the knicks got great scouting.

Steph, Westbrook, and Mitchell all had “Knick’s like them a lot” rumors before they were drafted.

We need to get the top pick bottom line especially if Zion is a generationally talent. Fiz is a bad coach still to me and at this point to miss out on Zion because he’s going all out nah I’m not ok . It’ll be like oh I missed out on Zion to show good team grit while Zion is beasting for ten years ???Also fukk mudiay

If we don't get Zion, I'd prefer another big man to accompany Mitch and outmatch Zion. I already have faith in the growth of Trier, Dotson, Knox and another free agent to fill RJs spot.

I think the Knicks are gonna make a run at AD, the John Jenkins signing is basically fodder to help facilitate a trade imo, but Mitch is gonna be off the table. Breh is having a Gobert, Capela type impact, and both the eye test and the advanced metrics support that statement, and this is from a guy who didnt expect to play much his first year. He's also making a mil a year( I hope he gets an extension locked in once all of our pieces are in place ), so you cant really find the value Mitch has going forward, anywhere else.

At worst, it'll be a " the pick or Mitch" type of situation, but honestly the only guy coming out of this draft Id keep over Mitch is Zion.
