If that’s the case, wait him out. 2020 will have him and Giannis and we should be looking even better as a team by then. The youth will have 1-3 years under their belt, KP will be back, we’ll have the 2019 draft pick, and possibly a free agent from this offseason. AD is signing an extension before he hits free agency. The trade going through would likely be contingent on AD signing an extension. If the Knicks wanna get AD this is likely the one and only shot at it.
