What I like about the workout video...dude is moving with ball with more fluidity imo, the moves have snap to them and he's not moving in slow-motion. It's cool that he's working off one-foot jumping too, hopefully he can get some explosion off one foot. What I'm still looking for, moves where he dribbles the rock twice or more with his left hand instead of crossing right back. I'm assuming he's working on those but they're not nice enough to be posted yet.
