Why are they talking Trae Young? Whyis thatthe report?

I think Orlando will draft Trae Young with the 5th overall pick.

I could see him going as high as 3rd with Atlanta picking him, Dennis Shroeder recently requested a trade so it looks like they'll have a hole at PG and they need a franchise cornerstone.

Trae has a lot of holes in his game but Frank is an ideal fit next to him because Trae can hide on defense and have a secondary playmaker and off-ball threat in Frank. He has some weaknesses but his shooting and ability to create shots for himself and others is impressive you have to find a way to maximize his strong points and hide his weaknesses. He'll never be a good defender, he'll never be good off the ball, and he'll probably be around a 55% finisher at the rim at best and trash around the paint if he doesn't develop an elite tear drop/floater. I wonder if he is that good of a shooter because that's what his success is banking on, if he's not he'll be a bust.

We going Bagley, Ayton, Bamba or Porter Jr. Sexton might be higher than Young

Smokescreen most likely, trying to make up for saying they wanted a wing player not too long ago. He wont be there at 9 for the Knicks anyway, he's going to Orlando.

If the Knicks really do want a pg that bad and are considering drafting Sexton, they should try and trade back with the clippers for their picks. Guaranteed he'll still be there at 12.
