The players we signed arent good enough assets to be traded. So we are going into this season more than likely with another clutter filled roster.

This more den likely will include a lot of auditions for certain players and a lot of favourtism/bias to certain players. Not a fan of this

Reality is negative sometime:yeshrug:
Again, i never said we are a bad team.
East is trash so who knows, may even sneak into a playoff spot.
But we saw how fits did the line ups last year.
And theres only so much losses he can take on his resume.
With this current rosters, hes thinkin about winnin, not development

You can do both winning and development with this roster breh. We got mad flexibility for the next few years. You couldn’t do much with the lack of talent we had on the roster last year.

You're right based on what Fiz did last season youth will suffer.

I believe that in the long run for young players it is better to play in a structured system with veterans than have tons of useless minutes. It's also hard to preach defense, working hard, creating winning mentality if you don't have talent or experience on the floor. We saw last season that they fought really hard first 20 something games but that's impossible to maintain with a roster that has zero chance of doing anything.

But like you said I'm worried about young players more so because of Fizdale's style of coaching rather than veteran competition. He has shown he will say one thing but do completely the opposite. Puts players in the doghouse as a way of motivating them and hasn't shown ability to change players' attitude/mentality.

In theory this is the right way to go, develop talent while attempting to win, but I'm not sure if our coaching and talent is capable of that.

Yeah but Fiz gotta accumulate wins. Developing is the long term goal, but they only won 17 games last year. He not gonna get a pass this time.

Breh love Melo but he had squads don't do that :pachaha:

KD way better than him and we don't need to talk about this Kyrie and KD bullshyt no more

Let's move on with what we got
Melos squads were better than the thunder :mjlol::lolbron: Kd better than Melo perhaps but facts still stand he was a perennial playoff team in the west without another top 10 played :yeshrug:numbers don’t lie

Meanwhile the snake is making a fool of himself texting Stephen A while first take is on air to defend himself. Im so glad we didnt sign this faggit, idiots really believe hes gonna comeback and be the same player :scust:

His body is tense because hes a very insecure person. I see him getting injured again :manny:

And i see Kyrie being stuck trying to carry the LGBneTs to mediocrity

Ya'll still throwing shots at that man, huh. Stop kidding yourselves into believing that the Knicks wouldn't be in a better position with KD and/or Kyrie. Face it, no stars want to play for Dolan & the Knicks circus.

I cant take away KD's talent and skills, but his injury might

Carmelo may not have had quite the all around game KD had, but hes worthy of more respect

KD has the 3-1 lead on GS. They end up losing and he runs to join an all time great Warriors team, the same team that just beat him

Carmelo in his prime would have ran it back with Russ ...or left to go to the Knicks. But he damn sure wouldnt had joined the team that just beat him

And now KD follows Kyrie to Brooklyn. Melo wasnt looking to follow nobody, he went to the Knicks knowing he would be the best player on the team and the leader

Carmelo wanted that responsibility. He was willing to take on the role as the face of a team, something KD never did in his career

So do you think KD is worth your time to defend and stick your neck out for him, when he never was a true leader?

If when KD comes back hes close to the player he was, or if the Nets win a championship please "expose" me when that happens. Im not a man of pride, ill gladly say i was wrong and ill rep you

Your first statement is all that needs to be said. All that extra sh*t about him signing with GS and now BK is unneeded. Just say you don't like the dude and keep it at that. But to say that you're glad that you didn't sign a top 5 player because of how you personally feel about him & not because of his skills is a bit silly.
