Wonder who the two Kentucky cats that dissed us in 2017 were?

Guessing Fox and Malik Monk?

:pacspit:

Hope Fox gets traded to a cesspool organization like Sacramento...oh wait...

:umad:
To be fair the Knicks in 2017 under Jackson was a shyt storm. Phil was only looking for Europeans to run the triangle.

I refuse to believe the neophyte kid who was out there working his ass off to defend and hitting clutch 3s late in his 7th game as a pro is gonna be the peak of his career. It makes no sense.

Breh great share.

I remember this shyt.

It's like a psychological theft like Fultz.

I KNOW he has it in him. It's fukking disgusting that KP got injured like that and Frank seemed to fully understand how to create for his star player.

I've looked at how Frank played against the Warriors and then saw him regress and I can't help but wonder if it was because of the weirdness in the garden.

He needs to feel like he has a place and shyt like the decision to not let him play on the Xmas game that his family traveled to watch was so disrespectful in my opinion. (Of course I don't know the full story)

I completely understand the Knicks brehs doubts about him. I DON'T understand the vitriol that some KnicksBrehs have for him, like he's the reason for our ills or some shyt. It's weirdly personal and doesn't affect Frank, it affects the fellow Knicks brehs who are going through the same fan struggle as them but happen to want to root for the kid till the end of his rookie contract.

Next year is important. I want to see him blossom. If not, it'll be disappointing but we will know where he stands in this organization.

Sidenote:

Looking at the way Frank plays when there is an actual game plan on the court and consistently capable ballplayers around, like when he played with KP, my gut tells me that Frank's play is a parallel to how dysfunctional our schemes were over the years.

I'd really bet money that if we are a competent team, Frank will be THE unanimous MIP that year.

Is the Knicks’ change in culture working?

A lot to like in this article but not too sure about the FA target list...some names on there that I am not fond of adding. Support good writing fam, click the link but here are highlights.

Here's the FA list:

Two Kentucky kids avoided the Knicks in 2017. It was really that bad. But the turn around in a couple of years is really nice to read.

I love hearing this part reinforced; especially in light of the media trying to paint the FO's comments throughout the season as promising max guys. That was never the case and what they say below is much more reflective of their messaging all season. I know because I've been skeptical about that ever since the Noah waive and stretch...but the more they say it, the more I feel like I can trust em.

Looks like the city is still a big player in the pitch.
This is so on point.

I understand players not wanting to come to the Garden and deal with a bullshyt circus.

But, to see NY as an established and professional organization, to come here and win a chip...

fukk that, to come here and light the city on fire by taking us to the ECF, it would be like July 4 and New Years rolled into one.

KAWHI is revered in Toronto, now... Imagine the type of parade and reverence a NYK player would get if he accomplished that here...

I definitely feel it’s confidence and it’s lack of trust from the coach. He played well in the stretch where he was in the starting lineup with Tim, Dot, Vonleh and Mitch. And once Fiz blew that lineup up he seemed timid again. This doesn’t excuse him from shying away when the staff doesn’t show confidence but their needs to be equality in the locker room.
