I think Kawhi would be perfect in New York.

He is socially strategic, doesn't say much and seems to be impenetrable to sports talk criticism.

I'd want to keep Frank if we get him as well (although Frank will probably be tradedb on draft say
That is the absolute most perfect dream scenario we could have.

But there is no way I’m going into the season with DSJ as our starting PG if we get KD and Kawhi.

I’m shopping around to see if there is a veteran PG we could trade for. Possibly someone like mike conley, he would be a great addition but his contract might hurt but he is an expiring. Or I would call Pels and see if they wanna trade Jrue for DSJ/Frank or a future 2nd rounder or a highly protected first.
This. All of this

Jrue/KD/Kawhi lineup :whoo:

That Offensive/Defensive potential :merchant:

Throw Mitch and Dot in there :scust:

Pelicans ain’t doing that.

Better get used to DSJ or settle for an expiring vet

Breh, dotson is not PG and Kawhi is not a SG.

DSJ or veteran PG
RJ
Kawhi
KD
Mitch
Dotson has played the point a few times in the season and if we want to play Kawhi and KD together, Kawhi at 6'8 could play the 2. The 2 and 3 are interchangeable tbh.

I don't think Kawhi and KD would want to play with Frank cause he sucks but DSJ will have a breakout season and mesh well with them 2.

Nothing about Kawhi indicates he wants to be in the North, East, or Northeast.

Nor do i think he wants to pair with another star that big. It’s what gives me pause about the KD, Kyrie and AD noise. What if KD wants to win one on his own? Without another major star? How good is a team like... say a Pat Bev, RJ, KD, Marcus Morris and Mitchell Robinson? 3 seed?

Now the NBA has made the rumors official: Free agency will begin at 6 p.m. Eastern on June 30. Six hours earlier than before.

This was done as an agreement between the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association.

This is going to be a wild July with a lot of big-name free agents — Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler — and maybe a third of the players in the league on the market, plus there are a lot more teams with cap space to spend this season. It’s going to be a frenzy.

The time change has more to do with the media imo. ESPN wants to do live shows that night. Their midnight one was silly last year.

Lol why would Kawhi want to joins the Knicks?
Its either he goes to LA cuz hes from there or he stays with the Raptors if he's comfortable with the current situation. That nikka got no desire to go to New York y'all better off chasing Durant and Kyrie.
