That is a problem of the government's making, not the quarantine. If unemployment was not sabotaged in some states like Florida and if the federal government actually gave more than 1200 and made it monthly, people would be a lot better off. But this is why they want to get people back to work. Not because they are concerned people are struggling, but that they will have to give more money to us instead of large corporations. That "shut up and go to work" ain't gonna motivate anyone to just ignore it. A lot of people, that would be their breaking point and they would start clapping against authority. Some people just would start killing on some Mad Max shyt, and society will fall apart. Just that catching the virus and spreading and killing you and others, will mean one less income in the household anyway.
